diet while in camp?

hello. :)
i am just concerned about by fitness plan while in camp. I haven't actually started it in fear of lossing track of it. Help me. :(I just want tight abs by the starting of the next scool year. I have the 12 week abs plan. My diet plan would also be hard to track.

please help me!

While at camp focus on eating a healthy as you can. Choose lean meats, chicken if it's available and as much veggies as you can get your hands on. Stay away from the junk food. Hopefully you'll be getting lot's of activity while at camp, so just keep active. You might even want to let the councellors know that you're trying to maintain a fitness plan and maybe they'll help you out. It's all about the choices you make.
