I am a 39 year old male who's had a weight problem most of my life. I weighed 105lbs in the 2nd grade and stayed fat until I was about 14 when I joined Athletics and ran every day. I did that for a year and then got fat again. I began lifting weights regularly and I got built up good. Since then, off and on I have had battles with gaining weight. I am 5'9" and weigh around 250 now.

About 9 years ago, I got on phentermine and it gave me a bunch of energy. It isn't a magic pill; it wont make you lose weight if you don't do your part, but it helps. I did a full body workout twice a week and worked out in the sun for about 3 hours every day digging up rocks in my back yard and in 6 months, I had lost 60lbs, weighing 172lbs and I was ripped...six pack and all. Then, I let my guard down and started eating ice cream and a lot of it; I mean up to a half gallon a day consistently. It slowly but surely came back on. My goal is to get back down around that weight. It is harder now that I am older, but I can't settle for being obese.
