Ok My name is Shainda, I'm 18 gonna be 19 in June. I just had a baby 6 months ago. And I used to be a size 7. But Now Guess what I am in a size 14!!!! Man if you seen me before You would know that something is wrong, because I can't lose the weight. I used to weigh 121 now 190!!!!!! Man My boyfriend gets mad at me bacuse I get mad when i look in the mirror or get on the scale and cry about it. He don't know how hard it is for me. I don't take pills because he don't want me to. I walk everyday like 1 hour to 3 hours. I drink water! I eat right, and I do other exerciseing. If you know anything I MEAN ANYTHING that can help me please Share with me. Thank you!!!

Simple, what are you eating and how much? Also are you adding weight training ( not free weights if they scare you, and nothing wrong with that...for now LOL)? Wwe need to know exactly what you do to help. Most likely you are not eating enough and the right foods, and not lifting weights those are needed to loose the body fat....

Jogging instead of walking would be good.Also diet is your key and Mutts right on about weight training,Do it!

well I eat breakfast: "cereal, or eggs toast and grits, or oatmeal" Snack:Oranges, grapes, or corn cakes" Lunch:I don't really eat lunch Super: Chinken, "on the georage forman" or steak, corn, hamburgers "george forman" And to drink with those Water, or tea or green tea

OK first you need more protein in breakfast lunch (starteating it) and you snacks. Protein builds muscle which burns fat so the more muscle you build the less fat you will ahve the slimmer you will be...........get the idea LOL? breakfas is fine lose the cereal eat eggs/egg whites and oatmeal. snack is ok but try to add some protein maybe tuna, peanutbutter, or cottage cheese. Lunch eat some..and dinner looks good. Hope this helps

Will try. At a gym near me you can go it's a two month UNLIMITED Tanning, GYM, & Aerobics for $55. I should go there then. It is cheaper than everything else here. Shainda
