Hi wannalookgood and welcome to FT. You may want to rethink your diet stategy and instead of doing low fat, think high nutrition. Spend some time reading the many informative post that are thumbtacked in the food and nutrition section and get your diet in order. Cut our as much junk as possible..yes even those 100cal packs of Doritos, or whatever you may or may not be eating because it is deamed "low fat" because they have zero food value! focus on eating every 3-4hrs with lean protien, healthy fats and veggies at every meal/snack. Once you have your diet in order, then you might want to up your exercise...longer walks, other cardio and most importantly some resistance training. Good luck with your goals!!
