Hello everybody. I am back to FT after a two year slacking off. Really, I only did 3 weeks of my 8 week program back then, so I never really began. In June I decided to make a life change. I quit using chewing tobacco. I changed my diet. No more fast or fried food. I drink water instead of soda and I am working out 6-7 days a week. Since June 18, I have lost 8 lbs. I feel a whole lot better and my clothes are beginning to fit better.
