I am new here. I've started today (last night actually). I have a few questions? I completed the fitness plan and nutritional plan. Will there be someone talking to me and helping me as I do this at home?? I am a little unsure on how this will work.
I am a mom with 2 teen age daughters, I am 41 (42 in August) and at the heaviest I have ever been. 5'5", 190 lbs. I really want to lose this weight. I am active outdoors with ATVs, hunting, and archery. I also love cross-stitch and cooking.
Congrats stew! You won't have a "trainer" per se' walking you through the process. You will receive your weeky workout and nutritional information, but the message boards offer a wealth of information and support.
