I might be getting pills

I went to the doctor about my weight and we figured that i needed pills to help me move along. My doctor said that she has to write a letter to the insurance company to see if they will pay for it, and fax it today. Well after she finds out that they will pay then she will call me and call it in. I hope that they will pay for it. I think it will help me. I will only take something that won't hurt me. And She said that they will only perscribe things that won't hurt me. Well Any thing anyone else can add that might help me out. Please I need all the information.

I really think eating properly would help, and exercise of coarse. What kind of pills are you talking about here?
They might work but that is only a teporary solution. What will you do after you reach your goals? You won't have the pills helping you, and you will gain back all that you lost.
I would reaaly suggest a little hard work with weights and cardio, and cleaning up your diet.

yes love. what's ya diet and exercise like? and what about support from friends and family? the hard truth is if you are fat and not losing weight then you are eating too much. my sister in law says she doesn't eat, no never, just one bag of crisps in the evening as a reward for not eating and she is 20 stone!!! so don't tell lies about what you eat.
drink lots of water a glass an hour or more, change to tuna, sardine, salmon, cod, coley. broccoli, cauliflower carrots.. and basically just cut back a little of your normal quantity. just a walk helps too. oh and good luck, you are brave to admit you need help and clever to ask for it.

I hope you get it. I once tried that route and they told me that since I did not use weight watchers or something similar they would not pay for it. But hang in there and you will get it done. Stay active and read and post ehre it willhelp.

Does your b/f exercise? if so, go lift with him and run as well. Diet is key! Good luck

Well I eat breakfast. (eggs, toast "wheat" oatmeal, grits, or honey bunches of oats)
lunch I sometimes don't eat. ( tuna sandwich, salad, or egg salad sandwich)
supper ( chicken, corn, steak, flavored rice, noodles, ribs, or hamburger)

I walk everyday that it is nice out. On monday I am gonna go to a gym, $30 dollars a month for unlimited tanning, gym and arebics. I can't wait. I need to work myself up there first because I get out of breath really fast. Thank you for saying that i am brave it takes alot to do it.
