I'm far away from my weight bench and i just brought a pair of 40pound dumbells. I was wondering if the same weight bench that holds the barbell would be good for the dumbell also.
Also,what would be the best way to tone chest and lose the flab around chest using dumbells. I seem to like dumbells more than the barbell. Should i do three sets of 10 with 30 pound in each hand twice a week? How should i start the chest work out? I'm 6ft1/280 pounds. Would 30 pound dumbell in each hand be enough weight for me to just tone up things?
