I'm 37 and sick and tired of being sick and tired. :(
So for the last few weeks I've been jogging, lifting and trying to eat right.
I weigh 140-150 give or take a day, (yes I have a very high matabolism, heh)
Not complaining about that.
What I would like to know is are these vitamins any good?
I was a Melaluca member and still have these $70 boxes of vitamins that I would like to take on a regular basis.
I have about a 6 month supply lol
Do these have too much vitamins in there for me?
Is there such thing as too much?
What I want to do is hit 160lbs and be healty.
I know I can cram junk food into myelf and gain weight but I'd rather not die of a heart attack by doing so.
