I am fairly new to this site. So far I love it. It is very helpful. I have been doing the routine posted based on weight loss and toning. The routine seems pretty good but I'd like to utilize some of the equipment I have more. I have a Boxing ststion which has a heavy bag and speed bag and a Pull-up, Dip Push-up station with the assitance bands on it.
Does anyone have any good ideas on how to add this equipment into my routine. I find the boxing fun and have been adding it on as part of my cardio routine by monitoring my heart rate.
