i'm 16 and just broke my foot, since i can't run 100% i cant condition, build quickness or speed. is there any excersices i can do to build any of these?
How long ago did you break your foot? What specific bone(or bones) in your foot is broken? If it was really that recent, rest it. Don't do a whole lot. Once you can tolerate some movement, try a stationary bike. Obviously go with a restistance you can tolerate. After that, body-weight-bearing exercises should be performed. Just don't overdo it; be smart about your foot. Speed and agility training is out for now, but you'll get back into it in no time.
