Hey, Chanel, welcome to FT.

Try one of the FREE programs from FT. Just click on the tabs at the top and that'll get you started.

There is no 'quick' way, but there is a healthy way. Proper diet and exercise will go a long way, even with four kids!

Hey Tim,

I signed up for an FT plan and requested the 12 month Abs training. The 1st two weeks of my plan do not contain ab exercises is this normal?

Thanks,

It's on a seperate link. I can't remember for sure where it is, but it's at the bottom of one of the pages.

Sorry for the lack of help.
