Hi, I have a question. First off, Im a single 22 year old, i live by myself and i dont have time to cook. I was wondering if it would be ok to eat the healthy choice, lean quisine (dont know how to spell it), and any other types of microwavable diet foods? And what about the healthy choice can soups? my goal is just to slim down, and tone up. I love the 4 day training routine i got from this site. but i hear diet is like 75% so i wanna try and do it right...
Thanks

They are ok in a pinch...but...find time to cook. Get a slow cooker and cookbook. All you do is the night before throw the food in and turn it on low and voila, you have a great meal by the next day. Take a day during the weekend to cook up lots of chicken breasts and freeze them. There is always time to eat healthy. :)

Another life saver is the Foreman grill, the individual size is around 20 bucks or so, it is really a lifesaver. And, if you make time to cook, you will be able to, it's all about orginization. You need to plan ahead if you are serious about dropping weight and eating healthy. The drawback to the quick meals is that they are usually loaded with sodium, so, eat them in moderation. And building a quality physique is about 90% diet in my book.

Last night I made a tuna melt. Took all of 15 minutes, including cooking time. Tuna's cheap too! pre-heat oven to 350 cover pan with al foil (so you don't have to wash the pan!) 1 can water packed tuna toast 1 piece 100% whole wheat bread drain tuna, mix in dijon/spicy mustard and mayo put tuna on top of toast grate cheese (i used colby jack) on top of tuna - not tons, but enough to cover put it in the oven and let the cheese melt
done!
i ate it with a salad - romaine lettuce from one of the bags.
so easy!
