I'm Donnie...5'10" and 200lbs. Need to lose some body fat but need to keep my lean muscle. I need to get down to 184 lbs by January 4th. Will cardio along with lifting do the trick. And if I lift heavy will I gain more weight. I'm semi-cut already...any and all suggestions would be appreciated...THANKS,DONNIE
Lifting, cardio and DIET will help you reach your goal by January. That's only 16 pounds.
Keep in mind, it's mostly diet. But by adding muscle, you'll help burn more calories.
