Cardio Mix-Up Question

I used to be one of those girls on the elliptical for 45 mins straight......getting quite bored, not seeing results; SO, I changed it up. Power walking at a 15 incline for 20 mins, Elliptical at varying heights for 15 mins, and biking HITT for 5 minutes. I burned even MORE calories doing the power walking on an incline, than the elliptical. Does this sound like a good variation? I start with different machines everyday.........

Excellent idea. Just make sure you continue to challenge yourself. Changeup is always good!

Thats a good idea! If you dont mind me asking what speed do you use to power walk?

Great idea! I'm so bored with cardio I could puke. It never occured to me to switch out routines or machines half way through a workout. DUH! Thanks!
