I'm new to fitness. I'm a 45 year old male. I've always been active and fit, up to abount 10 years ago. I would like to loose about 30 pounds. My big problem is lunch time. I work in an office and have found it to easy to just run out for fast food. I know that's the biggest sin in fitness. Can someone give me some ideas for healthy lunches?

Pack your lunch at home!

Then you can bring whatever healthy foods you like! especially if you have access to a microwave.

when you make dinner at home - cook an extra portion and put it in tupperware right after supper, bingo, one lunch down! Everytime I cook chicken breasts I cook extra, same thing with rice. Then I didvide up the extras into single serve portions - if you put a serving of rice in a ziploc bag and faltten it, it stores really easily in the freezer and defrosts in the microwave in very little time.

On the weekend, prep vegetables and divide them into servings in baggies or plasticware.

It takes a little time and planning - but you won't get anywhere without a plan!
