How much protein should we drink in a sitting? I heard that the body won't take in anymore than about 26g of protein (from a shake) in just one sitting, is this true?
The body will use what it needs. If it needs 70 gr. it will use 70 gr. If it needs 2gr. it will use 2 gr.
The most important thing is to get your amount in for the day moreso than trying to figure how much at one meal. The body is smart and will use what it needs.
