My wife just had a C-section so I'm going to be doing the cooking for at least the next 6 weeks.. We are both trying to eat better. However, she is breast feeding. I want to make sure she gets the nutrition she needs for her and the baby. Any advice?
feed her a wide variety of healthy foods - she really only needs a few hundred extra calories for breast-feeding (I think....) Let me see if i can find a site that answers this question...
