I am 16 and i hear a lot of crap about creatine being bad for u at a young age but i decided to try it out any way i have the pills that have 3.5 grams per pill and i was wondering how many grams i should take a day and how i should like 2 befor a workout n 1 after or what evere....i also herd powder gets in your blood stream faster so it is better to take so i was wondering what is better GNC Pro Performance® Creatine Monohydrate (PILL) or BSN N.O.-XPLODE? (POWDER)

So you wasted your money on something you don't need. If you're going to turn around and do things that people tell you not to do, would a reply to your question even be necessary?

No need to be defensive (or offensive for that matter). I am not being a d!ck. It was a serious statement and question. No matter what your goals are, food is the most important thing you can spend money on. Forget supplements. Take the time to adjust your dietary intake of nutrients to suit your needs. You don't need creatine. Once you educate yourself and learn how to effectively reach your goals, you'll understand. And you don't need GNC - they'll push products you don't need and rape you of your money.
