Hello My name is Krys...i am 22 years old and 4 "11 and weigh 149lbs I am trying to lose at least 25lbs.. my husband wants me to have another baby but I want to lose at least 25 lbs before we have another baby...does anyone have any ideas for me to try?

I am 5'0 and 145, Im with you on this one, I hope someone can give us some good advice on how to loose the 30.

Welcome to FT.
There is more advice on this site about this subject than you can shake a stick at.
Two things:
#1 - Proper Diet
- Read the diet forums, get some recipes off of there, and go crazy.
- Eat five to six smaller meals per day
- Get rid of any junk you eat now.
- Print off the Grocery List and if it's not on there, don't eat it.
#2 - Exercise
- Get a FREE plan from this site
- Follow it without missing a day
And make no excuses. NONE.
You can reach your goals, it will just take some determination and persistence and sometimes tuning out those that could care less you are enjoying a lifestyle change.
Again, go crazy... do a whack of research and enjoy the trip.

Hi All...
I eat this bar 15-20 minutes prior to exercising and it really helps me to lose more weight while exercising. I have also learned that I should eat protein after exercising. So I drink a vanilla protein shake.
