I'v always been real slim in the last year i put on 55 pounds, my job is all different hours i go mornings then evenings then a few graveyards so its hard to fit in exercise any advice?
Dont get discouraged. When I was driving a tanker truck for the local city public works, I would jog around the buildings while the truck was being loaded. Or sometimes, I would do pushups on against the bumper. Anything to keep me motivated like I was improving my health.
