I have a problem in my knee but I don't want to get surgery because that will lay me up for to long with out being able to do things such as go out to clubs and play sports. I was wandering if there are any good affective excersises that deffiantly wont disrupt my knee.
For the most part, dislocated meniscus cartilage requires surgery. Depending on how bad it is, location, etc, will determine what you can and can't do.
