Hello, since this past May ive been stuggling with jumpers knee(patellar tendonopathy.) I have had a difficult time since then exercising my legs, especially doing squats. Ive read up a fair deal on the injury and have heard slightly differing opinion on how to rehab, not only that I have had very little sucess in making any king of healing progress.
Im curious to know if anyone out there has dealt with this specific injury and can share some insight on what methods offered the most and least sucess for them. Any information is greatly appreciated, thanks.

patellar tendinopathy is a condition in which the tendon that attaches the kneecap to the tibia. It is best rehabbed through rest, ice, anti-inflammatories (i'd recommend fish oil) and exercise in later stages, particular eccentric exercise (read the sticky in this forum on tendonosis)
