Just wondered if anyone can give me advice on eating. This is what I usually eat:

breakfast: weetabix (with sugar), banana, low fat yoghurt, cup of tea.

lunch: (varies each day) - crackers with cheese or tuna / jacket potato with cheese and beans or tuna / tinned food, eg beans and sausage, ravioli, etc. chocolate biscuit, cup of tea

dinner: (varies each day) - meat pie with new potatoes/ lasagne/ roast dinner/ sausage and mash. two biscuits, cup of tea.

supper: yoghurt, two biscuits, cup of tea.

I sometimes have the odd banana or orange in the day too. And very occasionally, a chocolate bar in the evening.

How can I make this more healthier so that I will lose fat. I am a fussy eater and the main problem is that I don't like bread, so can't have sandwiches. I get stuck for snack ideas and so end up having biscuits or something.

Thanks

There's an aweful lot of red meat and pasta in your diet. What helped me lose weight was replacing red meat with lean chicken breast and fish. Try to stay away from "fatty" meats (i.e. bacon, ground beef, pork, etc.), as well as sweets. Also, eat more vegetable salads, soup, oatmeal and foods that are rich with Omega 3 fatty acids (EFA).

Your goal is lower your overall caloric intake while increasing your activity level. This WILL help you lose fat.

Good luck!
