And I thought this was going to be about sprial or glazed. Mmmmmmmmmm, haaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmm...........
Without knowing anything else about what you did, I would say that maybe you were bent over too far during the lift, looking more like a good morning than a squat. That'll put a good pull on your hammies, especially if you're not use to that movement, and you're using the pounds associated with a squat rather than a GM.
