i'm having a hard time trying to stay within these guidelines. 2330 calories, 375g carbs, 150g protein, 28g fat. i usually eat between 1200 and 1800 cal and 30 to 60g fat. when i eat more the fat count goes up. and when i eat less the macros are off. i'm really not sure how i should be working this. i've tried supplementing with protein bars. but i can only eat so many before i need to take a laxative especially with the iron in the vitamins i've been taking. i lift about 2/week 1hr each visit faithfully and i usually get in some cardio 2/week too. (i know i'm supposed to do 3, but that problem's being addressed) i'm loosing about 2lbs/week and i'm starting to fit into clothes that i've long ago put away, so part of me isn't really concerned. but i do want to know how i'm supposed to do this correctly. any suggestions or ideas about how to get my numbers in line would be appreciated

Instead of the protein bars try a good quality Meal replacement, and you can always supplements with protein powder (shakes).

carivan are u suggesting to try mrb's to increase my calories or as an actual replacement to a meal? ravenwolf i avg about 1400 cal/day. is that enough? i really want to know about what percent or the ratios for carb/protein/fat i should be eating. since i eat between 5 and 7 small meals/day i don't know how i can squeeze anything more in. the way i eat i'm definitely not starving. if i know the ratios, i can at least tailor what i am eating to fit them.

Yes, add in an MRP to add good calories, (better than bars) and the protein to up your count.
