Hi, i'm new to free trainers and i am trying to loose 40-50 lbs by january 2008. I am very skeptical about my sucess rate because of past trials and errors. So, if anyone could share some good news or good tips to help me out, i would be so greatful!:)
Your goal may be attainable if you are consistent with proper diet and exercise. A safe weight loss amount is 2-3 pounds per week... more in the beginning, and a little less later on.
There is a ton of information and success stories on the site... cruise around and good luck!
