Hello, I'm new here, and think I'm doing pretty good I'm proud of myself lol and I LOVE FT!!! However my excersise plan for today has Machine leg curls...and the machine isn't at my gym (its a small gym in my complex) is there anything else that I can do in place of this to work the same muscles? I can do the Leg extensions, but the machine doesnt lean back so the leg curls are a bit confusing to find a machine to do them on...please help if you can I'm doing so well at exercising everyday (I just found FT, but I've lost 30 lbs so far) and since I've made this goal I want to do my plans to the T for the 8 weeks Thanks so much!!!
