Hi,

I'm a little confused about this program, no one seems to follow it. So here's my stats so you can help me out...I don't know enough on the topic myself to make my own judgement on my dietary program. I thought that I could trust freetrainers but that seems to be untrue.

I weight 108. 5 foot 3. I am trying to lose FAT (not weight) and gain muscle. Right now I seem to have very little muscle but lots of fat.

I am following the home excercise curriculum here which is 5 times a week. it consists of push-ups, crunches, can curls, squats, dips behind the back, side laterals, and calf raises. All of them are done in 4 sets with reps or 15, 15, 12 then 10.

I also try to do just a little cardio each day, I've been rollerblading or doing a walk/run combo for about 15-20 minutes each day.

According to this website, I am supposed to eat 1439 calories a day. 216 grams carbs, 108 grams proteins, and 17.6 grams of fat.

So what, if any, modifications to my program would you suggest?

As far as your exercise regimen, keep it up...unless you feel you can do more. You don't have to do cardio every day; 2-4x per week should be sufficient.

As far as you diet, the 1439 cals is a guide. See where you are in a couple of weeks. You can always adjust up or down 250 cals as necessary.

Good luck!
