Hi,
I am always a little low on protein. Is there any suggestions of high protein foods? I know meats, but they are so high in fat.. and I'm not about to drink a protien shake!

Whats wring with protein shakes?
Chicken, fish and turkey breast are lower in fat.
The only way you are really going to get fat-free protein is a fat free protein supplement.
I mix vanilla prtein powder into my oatmeal, or in with the milk for my cheerios.
Some fat is okay!
Egg whites are an almost fat-free way to get protein, mix them with some salsa and scramble - very tasty!
Try to keep an open mind - most of my clients would never have tried protein shakes until i convinced them that it is the easiest way to stay on your eating plan when you are busy. Now they rave about their favorite kind as if they discovered it.
Try Myoplex lite - most people I have told about their shakes like them, especially the Cappucino Ice flavor - if you like coffee, that is.
Good luck!

You can try tuna fish, nuts (the fats are good fats), fish and chicken don't have much fat, eggs, cottage cheese is yummy, natural peanut butter on a multigrain toasted baegel is super tasty for a treat.
