hello i am new to the ft and i would like to say thanks to all who put there time into this site i am looking forward to my progress and a healthier way of life. quick question anyone know of a way threw exerciseing that might help to stop smokeing? :)

Smoking is something that is VERY difficult to stop, but,,,,,I did and so can you.

Exercise is a great way to eleviate cravings. It'll also help show you how much more endurance and stamina you have once you've been off the smokes for a while. Many on this site are ex-smokers, including myself, so it is certainly possible. As Debbie says though, it aint easy!
