I'm new to ft. 6 months ago I quit smoking cigarettes after a 15 year pack a day habit. I'm feel great now and I'm ready to get back into shape. I'm new at working out, so it's a little frustrating for me to get motivated and focused. This site looks like it has a lot of valuable information. wish me luck.
