MP3 is the way to go. You can set up playlists for however you feel, and the sound is incredible. You will hear tunes like you never heard them before, no matter how many times.

I would share my idea about listening to music as I workout but I have not listen to music as I workout. However, I can share my experience with having a MP3 player. high tech is great. the quality is awsome. I would recommend getting one of those player they are very small 2x2 inch square shape iPOD I use one when I am out for a ride on my Road King Classic.
