be like 50 cent the rapper he was a chubby guy and just put some muscle around it like most guys do you have it easy I have to work for the weight and the muscle

yeah he needs to cut back on the fatty foods but the high reps will define his muscles

just stop...not only do u bring back up an old post but you post some bullshit advice yet again...
He would be much better off lifting heavy...low reps/high weight and including other conditioning methods on his off days from lifting...
-sprints
-tabata intervals
-burpees/mountain climbers
-complexes
-HIIT
-Escalating Density Training with big exercises
-Focus on decreasing time/rest in various exercises...
