Ready to burn fat w/o losin mass

I've sucessfully gained the mass I've wanted to gain, now I am looking to transition to a from a muscle building/weight gaining routine, to a muscle mass amintenance/fat burning routine. Is there a good method to reduce caloric intake and burn fat while not sacrificing the muscle mass I've recently gained? Thanks everyone!

go very slow with the weight loss. The slower you go, the more muscle you will retain.
