Im 20, 5'11 and 160pounds..
I'm looking to bulk up and am slighlty confused about what routine would be best. I've read alot concerning dieting and nutrition, and am ready to begin in that area.. my issue is ive been reading alot about 5x5 routines being best for bulking up.. compound exercises being key.. Im wondering if that is the best route compared to the 12x10x8x6 routine familiar to this site.. any advice or success stories are appreciated..
