I went through the first day of beginners home workout. A but fumbleing, with some parts being too hard and others too easy. I think it will get better as I figure out how to do things properly.
It looks like it's always the same routine. Is that right? Is that because it's a beginners program or because I don't pay anything?
On wednesday I'll do the first part of the 12 week abs program. I belive I'll see some big changes pretty soon.:)

It changes a little bit from week to week depending on your fitness profile, and if WORKS.:dumbbell: You should start to see some nice results in 6 weeks or so. Cheers for getting started. That is the hardest part!

I've done some full body workouts with resistance bands for a couple of weeks, and I thought this forum would bring me even closer to my goal, since this is a place with a lot more knowledge. I really believe it WILL work. I don't want to stop!
So this morning, one night's sleep later, I had to use the smallest setting on my bra, and I don't think I've had it on that small before! The bra is a couple of years old, and it doesn't stretch that much. This means I'm really on the right track. The bra was a bit loose yesterday, but this is great! These are the small things that will keep me going.

It will take a little getting used too, but you can do it. You are off to a great start!!!
