I'm 47 and I have poor eating habits, sometimes I only eat one meal a day and sometimes I eat all day. not active at all. and lately I find myself staying in the house as if I'm shuting the outside world out of my life. I need to loose at least 150 lbs. I could use any help and support. I find it hard to stay on track or focus when I feel all alone. please help!

Make a scedule for eating. Small meals every three hours or so. You need to create a new habit and loose the old one. Then foloow the home workout for beginners here. those are things you can do without leaving the house. You can write to me if you like through the forum.
