215 g .. maximum 15% variance is acceptable
Carbohydrates -
358 g .. maximum 15% variance is acceptable
Fats -
79 g .. maximum 15% variance is acceptable
Total Calories -
2860 .. calculated maximum, do not exceed for current goal
Seems to me being at 65kg , If i was to follow this plan , i would put on fat more then muscle very quickly. Carb intake is a little high no?

What is 65kg, about 180 lbs? I weigh somewhere around 160 and I'm eating 3000 calories per day. If you are trying to bulk I don't think this is too many calories personally.

HAH , I wish 65kg was 180lbs. 64-65 puts me just on the 140lbs mark.

Sorry, not good at the conversion....or maybe it was just too early to function when I wrote that.
That may be a touch high for your current weight. Shoot for 2,500-2,750 for a few weeks and see how that does for you.

atleast 1g of protein per body weight...and if your bulking, then you can go up to 2g..but any more than that is really unnecessary...as you gain more weight, then you will need to up your protein as well...
