Hey everyone!

My official workout plan doesn't start until 9/10, but I thought I would start with some cardio today. Walked for about 50 min at a moderate pace. Quit smoking about 3 weeks ago, so that was my first major hurdle. Just looking for some tips on diet and training when first getting started. Pretty motivated, but I don't want to suffer burnout from coming out of the gates too quick.

Also, I've always been somewhat athletic, bt I've just gotten real lazy over the last 10 years or so.

Age: 34
Wgt: 212 lbs.
Hgt: 6' 0"

Thanks for any and all advice!

I think it would better if you asked specific questions. I am sure that you would getter better responses. It is difficult to give advice without knowing your goals. For example, are you trying to lose weight? Also, filling out your profile and including your goals will make it easier for others to address your questions. Plus, you don't have to repeat your objectives every time you post.
