This is the end of week four and I have lost 9.5 inches over all. I am happy with this, but I am still upset because my weight remains the same. Anyone know how I can kick up the weight loss??

You are perhaps replacing lost fat with muscle. That's a GOOD thing. Ignore the scale.

Congrats on the lost inches!

throw away the scale, mirror and clothes will really tell you how good you are doing
