I've been working out for 2years now. I am 5'5 155lbs, and workout 3 to 4 times a week. I'm trying to gain more muscle and definition. I know that diet is very important in acheiving this goal, but in addition diet which are these supplements are better to use.

Neither. Just eat a lot of good healthy food. If your are not gaining then you are not eating enough. It is as simple as that.
