blackaztec3000 Posts: 25 Joined: 2007/08/20	2007/09/07, 01:37 PM I just wanted to extend a warm notion of gratitude for the help this site has given me. Since starting almost a month ago I've lost 6 pounds and I feel great. The exercise routine has got me up in the morning and excited. More importantly I can feel the difference throughout my day. Oh and my body too. I didn't know where I could post this message, so I just picked a board. Thanks again free trainers. I'm going to try and put some more pics up on my profile so you all can see the difference. I was 280lbs and now I'm down to 244lbs! It feels good. -------------- Maintaining my mind, body and soul takes me closer to the Source. Clarity is power.
