Hello everyone!
I am so sore after my first day of the full workout plan. As a matter of fact, yesterday was my rest day, but I am still so sore today, I didn't get right up and work out today like I planned because someone told me that if I was still really sore it was ok to rest another day...? It's mainly my left arm is really sore from the curls (near my elbow). Although basically my WHOLE BODY feels a little sore still, but my arm is REALLY sore. I can do the workout when I get home today if you all think it's ok, otherwise I had planned on doing it early in the morning. I am getting better at my diet. Once I find better foods to get all the daily requirements it will be easier but right now I am eating constantly it seems lol!

Yeah, it does! But, I am still not sure if I should go ahead and do my workout today or wait another day. The "soreness" is not a problem, but the PAIN in my left arm is what I am the most worried about. I basically did curls with it beyond the set recommended by the workout, until I couldn't do another one, then I quit. I hope I didn't injure myself.

If you feel you can work out while still sore and maintain good form thru it, then go for it. Use your best judgement though. I think that if you feel you may injure yourself, leave it for a day and see how it feels tomorrow and work out then. If your still really sore, back off on the weight a bit. It can take a few weeks for your body to adjust to the workouts, it will get better! You are the best judge of what will work best for you.

Sore is one thing, pain is another.
These workouts are designed the way they are written for a reason. Doing curls until you can't do anymore is a good way to overtrain and ruin more workouts, thus doing more damage than good.

Thanks all for the replies.
My arm is going to hurt on all the exercises, but I will quit if I think it's damaging. It's really just the one spot on my left arm, but I am going to feel it on about all the exercises except the legs lol. I don't see any kind of bruise or anything. I think I will wait until tomorrow morning or afternoon anyway, which will actually get my schedule back on track. Well, lesson learned!!! Thanks again for all the input!!! I really appreciate it. It's great to have someone to talk to about this stuff, as obviously I am just learning!
