I just signed up here last night, i've been seriouse about loosing my weight for about 2 years now and i've tried so many ways of weight lose but for some reasson im stuck at 265. I'm 6ft so i dont look that big with shirt on but i wanna be able to not worry about my weight around other people anymore so i was wondering is there any pointers or tips anyone could give me to loose this weight for good?

I would have to say cardio. Try using the HIIT program, you can look up more info on HIIT online. Good luck!
