This will be my third weekend training with my figure trainer/coach, and I love it so far! He has me lefting real heavy 5 days a week with him, NO CARDIO and I eat whatever I want, just high protien! I'm doing 2 protien shakes a day, each mixed with 1 teaspoon of creatine (his recommendation). The plan is to stay on this until january, at which time I will begin cardio workouts and limited calorie intake. I'm currently at 17% body fat, 135lbs. My trainer hopes I will be down to 10% BF and 125 lbs by show time in April. Just got word that there are 3 figure shows in the matter of 2 weeks in the area, as of now, i plan to compete in all 3!! I'll keep you updated...
