Hi everyone! I am 30, parent of 3 who has recently put on about 25 pounds kicking the smoking habbit. I joke to friends that I put the cigarettes down & picked the fork up! LOL I am trying to get from 185 to 135. I want to have some abs for the first time in my life. I have that type of body that sucks up breads & other carbs & It just sticks to me. I have started the workouts selected for me by the trainers here. If anyone knows of a good ab workout or anything else along the means of support feel free to give me a shout! Nice to meet you all & by this my birthday (5-16) I plan to bring sexy back. LOL:)

There is the twelve week ab plan you can do... it gets pretty tough... just following the routine and eating clean will go a long way to getting abs....

For the most part, abs are made in the kitchen... :)

Hi fellow poet!

I joined the site going on 2 weeks ago... My goal was to go from 190 down to 160ish. So far, I am down to 175! I am new to finding foods to fit the nutrition profile, but just being aware of what I eat and having an excuse to exercise 3 times a week (abs twice a week) has gone a long way!
