Hi
my name Kaz...I have the problem of gaining and keeping weight on...... it doesnt worry me too much, but other peoples comment get me down about being thin... advice from doc said for me to go to gym and keep what i do have toned..dont have confidence to go gym alone, so i use dumbells at home. Its not that I have unhealthy diet, i have problem with just not always being hungry, so i guess i dont eat regular balanced meals, I do worry that i may over doing it with exercise, if i have no callories to burn if this makes sense... Forums are very new to me, Im not even sure what advice im after.
From doing weights and how i do them, i think im developing a very slight tummy 'one pack' lol and can see biceps on arms developing.
I would just like a little more body fat on me.
Im 5 ft 9 and weigh 8stone and about to hit big 40
hope all this makes sense, as i know very little about fitness regimes

well first off welcome! One question... why would you want more body fat? at 8 stone( that's 112 lbs to us) that is pretty slim.. why not add some lean and tone mass? You wont get huge so dont worry! Fill out a program here... try to eat 5-6 meals a day. Check out the new Challenge under the general forum.. its called GKCBOT or something... there is a calcorie calculator there hopefully that can help you some.

Thankyou georgiagirl..I think I rushed and came straight to posts without reading site first. I certainly check out the challange. I obviously used wrong word at body fat. After reading i had to work out what I was in IBs as i notice thats used rather than stones.........Ideally I should be at least 1401bs I only every been just past that during my two pregnancies......though was about 140 during early teens. Thanks for reply I only found this site today and rushed in feet first with my question.

IBkaz...look at people and find someone about your height an build that is built like you want to be. don't go by scale go by how you look and feel.
