Hi all,

I'm 20, I weigh 140lb and I'm 6'1. Way too damn skinny. I've never been able to add any weight, but I've never tried too hard. I can't eat tons though... so I'm looking for advice on what to buy to help that. I really wish someone could make out a list of what to buy and how to eat (I suppose I should learn a little about calories and other things too). At the current time I eat about 2 meals a day, take a multivitamin and a lot of omega 3.

As far as exercise goes I jog for about 30 minutes daily, but that's it. I don't have time to go to gym (work/school) so that's out of the question (but I can workout at home if it's absolutely necessary).

Anyways I'd like to get to 150lb to start, so any advice/how to start/what to buy/etc would be greatly appreciated.

eat more that is the best easiest and fastest way to gain. 2 meals a day is not going to do it. Nothing out there that you can buy that will make a difference.

Curl Jockeys, get outta the squat rack!

I wish everyone would get a partial amnesia and never use 'tone' ever again. (thanks Menance)

Is there anything that can help the process? For example, you say eat more, but are there any lists of things I should be eating? Any vitamins or supplements I can take on top of the right foods? Etc.

Ty.
