I'm curious to know what kind of workouts everyone is doing... especially for weight loss and toning!
I don't get my plan until Monday! I can't wait to get started!

I am currently doing a routine from the New Rules of Lifting. I almost regret buying the book.

Why's that? Is it just lame?

Oh no... I was being facetious. The book is very good and will make you work very hard.

Oh hahaha... I should have seen that! Well that's great! I've never been diciplined enough to do a workout out of a book, so good on ya!

I started with two weeks on the home workout here, and now I've done my first week of Progressive gain here. I want to loose body fat as well, but the weight loss program isn't for me. I need to push my body as much as possible without tampering with the diet, so weights, more weights, and even more weights should do the trick. "Toned" is just the first step, and I'm there already, but it's difficult to see because of the body fat.

I'm doing a high, medium, low rotation with speed work on the medium days. 4 day upper lower split (2 days upper body, 2 days lower body).

I started my weight loss/toning yesterday... the lower half of my body feels like a totalled car. Ugh! And I can't believe I'm gonna go push myself again... today. It's gonna be so hard!
